The Victor Valley College Astronomy courses study the historical development of astronomy and the structure of the solar system, as well as modern techniques and instruments. We also study the character of nebulae and galaxies, stellar character and theories, and the philosophical implications of astronomical discoveries.
We are proud to feature a state-of-the-art planetarium at the south end of the Science building on campus. Please click on the planetarium button at left to learn more about when shows and lectures (open to the public) are offered.
