Coach Beltran enters his first season as head baseball coach at Victor Valley College.  He was an assistant coach in 2007 and was the infield coach at Cal State San Bernardino in 2010.  Jesus played baseball at Victor Valley College for two years before he received his scholarship to play baseball at Cal State San Bernardino to play under Don Parnell where he received All Conference Honors and second team All West Region.

Coach Beltran also received his bachelors of science in Kinesiology from Cal State and is currently working on his masters in education.  Coach Beltran was one player away from signing a professional contract with both the Cincinnati Reds and Tampa Bay Rays. 

Coach Beltran hopes to pass down knowledge that was given to him at the higher level, to the younger players coming into his program.  His goal is to help as many players as he can get better and reach the next level.
