Kevin Scroggins: 1996

Kevin was a letterman on VVC's golf team in 1996, his only season of participation. He earned All-Foothill Conference Honors finishing fourth (4th) in the conference ('96) with a scoring average of 76.7.

He also has the best finish in the SoCalif Community College Golf Championship for a VVC golf team player. He finished tied for 21st with scores of 76 & 80 for a 156 at Hesperia G &CC.

Kevin also has the distinction of scoring the only double eagle in competition for VVC. He recorded his rare 'albatross' at Moreno Valley Ranch GC against Riverside College.

He was enrolled in the apprentice PGA program, served as an apprentice pro at Spring Valley Lake CC and at Shady Valley CC (TX). He now works in the marketing field out of Las Vegas, NV.
