The team primarily responsible for grant strategy implementation is led by the architect of the SAM plan, Stephen Toner, with leadership support from the Dean of STEM, Hamid Eydgahi. Prof. Toner currently serves as the faculty department chair for the math program at Victor Valley College. His participative leadership style has garnered SAM broad based support from math faculty whose input will continue to shape the refinement and implementation of the plan.
