ASSOCIATE
DEGREE:
To earn an Associate of Science degree with a major in Restaurant Management,
complete the above Restaurant Management Certificate requirements and
meet all Victor Valley College graduation requirements. A student may
also take any 18 units from the above certificate or from any Restaurant
Management courses and meet all Victor Valley College graduation requirements
to earn an associate degree………….
Along
with a two-year certificate of completion from Victor Valley
College, The Restaurant Management Department is aligned
with the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant
Association. Students will be able to complete requirements
for the PRO MGMT Diploma that will impart the management
skills they need to succeed in the foodservice/hospitality
industry.
