Victor Valley College is in the process of implementing a new platform to better service all of our students. The software implementation requires us to shut down payment processing from 7/26/24 12:01am to 8/1/24 11:59pm.

  • 2024SU- The California Promise Grant will NOT be reflected on your account until August. You will not be dropped for non-payment. Please check with the Financial Aid Office on the status of your waiver.
  • 2024FA- Your registration fees will not show on your student account. Please check your account on or after August 1st. If you do not see charges, it is possible the billing has not been processed yet.

In October 2019 Assembly Bill 1504 was signed into law, requiring California Community Colleges to collect a student representation fee of $2 per semester.  All students who initially register for classes on or after January 1, 2020 will have the $2 Student Representation Fee (STRP) assessed.  Students may opt out of the fee, please click the Pay Fees link below.  Go to the Required Fees menu and see #5 for additional information on the fee and how to opt out. 

Out-of-State Tuition Fee Increase: 2024FA $366 per unit

  • Collect Student Fees and process Student Refunds
