(Please review FKCE/ILP Events Calendar for an up to date schedule of FKCE & ILP classes in addition to San Bernardino County DCS meetings, and other events and conferences that may be of interest to foster parents, kinship caregivers, & foster youth.)

A Note On Who We Are
California Community Colleges, Chancellor's Office provides an allocation of funds for Victor Valley College and other California Community Colleges to offer parenting skills training opportunities for foster and kinship caregivers. Under a different allocation, we provide training for foster youth within the Independent Living Program (ILP).
Contact information is printed for each class site. Please call before you plan to attand any training to confirm class information. If you cannot reach the site of the training or the trainer, please contact our office at least 1-2 days before the training is scheduled in orderto confirm.
