Q: How is that possible?
A: The RAMS Bookstore is having a sweepstakes to award one lucky Spring 2010 VVC Student with all of their texbooks FREE for the Spring 2010 Semester!
Q: How do I enter the sweepstakes?
A: On January 31st, 2010, the RAMS Bookstore will send an email message to all VVC Student Email Accounts with a link and a password for the Sweepstakes entry form (which will be an online submission form). This email message will only be sent to VVC Student Email accounts, and you must be enrolled in classes for Spring 2010 to be eligible to win.
Q: How do I access my VVC Student Email account so that I can get this email message from the RAMS Bookstore on Jan. 31st?
A: Every VVC Student is provided a Student Email account through VVC's Google Apps Education Edition system at : http://my.student.vvc.edu. Login instructions are available as a downloadable PDF here.
Q: What if I've followed the instructions (above) but I still can't login to my VVC Student Email Account?
A: If you are unable to login to your VVC Student Email account, and you are enrolled in classes for the Spring 2010 Semester at VVC, send a Password Reset Request for the Student Email system to the VVC Help Desk. Make sure you provide your 6-digit Date of Birth (in MMDDYY format), your 7-digit Student ID # and select the "Student Email" check box before you submit your Password Reset Request to the Help Desk from the link above.
