"VVC has long faced challenges and constraints in the provision of adequate facilities to maximize educational opportunities for its students. The bond projects present an expansion of facilities and hence, an expansion of educational opportunities for our community. As a member of the Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee I seek to achieve both Expediency and Accountability in realizing these needed projects."
