Edward Keiffer is serving his first term of two years as a Senior Citizen Group Representative (Active in a bona fide senior citizens' organization).
Edward Kieffer, a retired marketing consultant, has been a resident of the Victor Valley Community College District for over 16 years. He is the proud father and step-father of 8 children, grandfather of 7 and great-grandfather of 2. Edward does volunteer work with the Apple Valley Chamber of Commerce and participates on various committees within his community.
