William Tuck Jr. is serving his first term as a Taxpayer Organization Member.
(Active in a bona fide taxpayer's association).
William Tuck Jr., a self employed landscape gardener, has been a resident of the Victor Valley Community College District for 26 years. He is a member of many organizations including the Society for the Conservation of Bighorn Sheep and the San Bernardino Land Use for Phelan and Pinion Hills, to name just a few of his community involvements. Four of his six children have attended Victor Valley College.
