HOW
TO ORDER TRANSCRIPTS
|
What
is the fee for ordering transcripts?
|
- The
first two (2) regular transcripts requested are free and
can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to process.
- Subsequent
regular transcripts are issued at a cost of $5.00 per
copy
charge.
- For
"Rush" requests, there is a $10.00 per
copy charge. A
"Rush" is mailed out 1-5 working days
from the day the request is received and paid for.
PLEASE NOTE: Payment may be made by credit card, money
order or cash. Checks are not accepted for transcript requests.

How
can I obtain a transcript request form?
|
- In
person at Victor Valley College Admissions & Records
Office
- Transcript
Request Form - ( For mail-in requests only. Please print
out the form, fill it out and mail it back to the Admissions
and Records Office with any fee required.)

If
you are unable to download the transcript form above, you
may send a letter including the following:
- Your
first, middle and last names. Include all former names you
have used
- Your
date of birth
- Your
social security number
- The
approximate date you last attended at Victor Valley College
- Your
current mailing address and telephone number with area code
- The
names and addresses of the institutions the transcripts
are to be mailed to (or request that they be mailed to your
home address)
- The
number of transcripts to be mailed to each institution
- Your
signature on the letter
- A
money order or credit card information for the fee.
