HOW TO ORDER TRANSCRIPTS
Transcripts can be ordered in person or by mail.
- In person : Complete the Transcript Request Form or you can pick up the form in the Admission and Records office in Building 52.
- Mail : Complete the Transcript Request Form (link above), or if you are unable to download the form above, you may send a letter with the following information to the address highlighted lower on this web page:
- First, Middle and Last Name (Include all former names you have used)
- Date of Birth
- Victor Valley College Student ID Number or Social Security Number
- Dates of Attendance at Victor Valley College
- Current Mailing Address and Telephone Number with Area Code
- Name and Address where transcripts are to be mailed
- Number of transcripts to be mailed
- Your Signature on the letter
- A check, money order or credit card information for the appropriate fee.
What is the fee for ordering transcripts?
- The first two (2) regular transcripts requested are free and can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to process.
- Subsequent regular transcripts are issued at a cost of $5.00 per copy charge.
- For " Rush " requests, there is a $10.00 per copy charge. A " Rush " is mailed out 1-5 working days from the day the request is received and paid for.
PLEASE NOTE: Payment may be made by credit card, money order, cash or checks.
