HOW TO ORDER TRANSCRIPTS

Transcripts can be ordered in person or by mail.

In person : Complete the Transcript Request Form or you can pick up the form in the Admission and Records office in Building 52.
Mail : Complete the Transcript Request Form (link above), or if you are unable to download the form above, you may send a letter with the following information to the address highlighted lower on this web page:
- First, Middle and Last Name (Include all former names you have used)
- Date of Birth
- Victor Valley College Student ID Number or Social Security Number
- Dates of Attendance at Victor Valley College
- Current Mailing Address and Telephone Number with Area Code
- Name and Address where transcripts are to be mailed
- Number of transcripts to be mailed
- Your Signature on the letter
- A check, money order or credit card information for the appropriate fee.

What is the fee for ordering transcripts?

The first two (2) regular transcripts requested are free and can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to process.
Subsequent regular transcripts are issued at a cost of $5.00 per copy charge.
For " Rush " requests, there is a $10.00 per copy charge. A " Rush " is mailed out 1-5 working days from the day the request is received and paid for.

PLEASE NOTE: Payment may be made by credit card, money order, cash or checks.
