Articulation Agreement Creation Process

  • Complete Part#1 of the “CTE Request to Articulate” form.

  • Send form to the VVC department chair for the department of the class or send to the VVC CTE office and the form will be routed appropriately.

  • The VVC department chair or designee will schedule a meeting to discuss the course content and curriculum. When the meeting occurs both parties will need course curriculum, tests, final exams and text or instructional media used. If the courses satisfactorily align, the department chair will approve the agreement.
