Job Description:  Work as a Peer Partner assisting Transitional Age Youth (16-25) by providing support services such as homeless youth services, educational services, facilitating groups on varied mental health topics and independent living skills.

AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN INTERN (UNPAID)

Internships Available:  Varies

Hours Per Week: 6-15

Job Description:  Dismount, repair, remount and balance automotive radial tires.  Complete an automotive B service inspection.  Obtain knowledge of paperless shop and track; labor, time, and materials.  Inventory assigned tool box and maintain for the semester.  Obtain knowledge of all shop safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work environment.

Qualifications:  High school diploma/GED and enroll in a VVC Cooperative Education course (AUTO 138) for 1.0-4.0 units.

Job Description:  Design/and or refine the Hesperia Chamber of Commerce marketing plan.  Create marketing materials.  Build/maintain strong social media presence.  Define the communication plan.  

Minimum Qualifications:  Completed or currently enrolled in at least one business, marketing, or communications related course, basic computer skills, and familiarity with MS Office suite.
