How To Apply For C.A.R.E. !
Applications are available in the E.O.P.S./C.A.R.E. office. In order to become a C.A.R.E. student, one must be an E.O.P.S. student first because C.A.R.E. is the sister program to E.O.P.S. C.A.R.E. students must submit a new untaxed income form each Fall and Spring semester. These forms can be picked up in the E.O.P.S./C.A.R.E. office. Each student is required to have 12 units unless one is identified as a D.S.P.S. student. It is the responsibility of the student to provide a letter from their D.S.P.S. counselor, identifying the student as a D.S.P.S. student.
