WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
A student who:
- is a California resident.
- is educationally disadvantaged (determined by the Victor Valley College Assessment Test).
- has applied for financial aid
- is eligible for BOGW A or BOGW B (Board of Governor's Fee Waiver)
- is enrolled in 12 or more units in the Spring or in the Fall semester (not required if you are a DSPS student), ; or 4 or more units during the Winter or Summer session
- has not received an Associates Degree (AA/AS) or completed more than 70 degree applicable units from any other college, including Victor Valley College
