Solar Parking Project
Please be advised that beginning Friday, May 17, 2013, temporary fencing will be installed in parking lots 11 and 12 for the construction of two solar covered parking structures.
Parking lot 11 will be closed, and the Northern section of parking lot 12 will also be closed (see red Xs on the map for locations )
There will be no parking in these areas during construction.
Construction “laydown” areas for materials and equipment will be located on the North side of Campus Way in front of the Child Development Center building #12 and will also be located on the West side of the Administration Annex Building #10A (see green check marks on the map for locations). All equipment and material deliveries will enter the campus via Spring Valley Lake Parkway entrance.
There will be some scheduled power outages as the project nears completion. We will let you know in advance when these will occur. We anticipate project completion before the beginning of the Fall Semester.
Please communicate this information to students as well as staff members who may not have access to E-mail.
As always, please use caution when driving in any areas near the construction sites.
