Welcome to the Financial Aid Office

                                                                      ATTENTION STUDENTS 

  • Summer Office Hours start 6/10/13

  • Financial Aid Department will be closed on 6/27/13

  • LAST DAY TO TURN IN 2012-2013 PAPERWORK IS 7/1/13

 

To apply for financial aid,

  1. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov, listing VVC’s school code 001335.

  2. Wait 5-7 days for VVC to receive your FAFSA information,

  3. Log on to your Webadvisor account at: http://webadvisor.vvc.edu and look under the “My Documents” link to see if the Financial Aid Office requires any additional forms.

  4. If additional forms are required, select the Financial Aid Forms link (on the left side of this website) complete the required forms and submit them to the Financial Aid Window.

  5. Continue to monitor your 'My Documents' screen on WebAdvisor during the 45 business days while your file is being processed.

Don't forget your current VVC ID Card or your valid (non-expired) goverment-issued photo ID when visiting the Financial Aid Office in order for us to be able to serve you.

One week prior to the start and two weeks into each new semester: February 4, 2013 - February 22, 2013

  • Monday - Tuesday                       8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday -  Thursday              8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Fridays:                                       Closed
  • Saturday (Feb. 9, 2013 only)     8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

 

 Regular hours of operation for Spring 2013:  February 25, 2013 - June 8, 2013

  • Monday - Thursday                     8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Fridays                                        Closed

 

SUMMER 2013 Office Hours:
