You may access your Award Letter on WebAdvisor approximately 45 days after you submit your paperwork to our office.

BEGINNING THIS SUMMER 2012, VICTOR VALLEY COLLEGE WILL NO LONGER PROCESS DIRECT STUDENT LOANS.  THE DIRECT LOAN PROGRAM HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED.


ATTENTION VETERANS:

VA WORK STUDY POSITION AVAILABLE.   MUST BE ENROLLED IN 3/4 TIME (9-11.5) UNITS AND USING GI BILL BENEFIT.  PLEASE SUBMIT RESUME TO VA WINDOW #12.


DON'T FORGET YOUR PHOTO ID WHEN VISITING THE FINANCIAL AID OFFICE.  IT'S REQUIRED BEFORE WE CAN SERVE YOU.

Enrollment fees will increase to $36/unit beginning Fall 2011.  If you are a California resident and qualify, the Board of Governors Fee Waiver (BOG) will cover all enrollment fees.


Don't wait in line! Submit your Financial Aid Forms using the provided drop box in the Building 52 Atrium.

To apply for financial aid,

  1. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov, listing VVC’s school code 001335.

  2. Wait 5-7 days for VVC to receive your FAFSA information,

  3. Log on to your Webadvisor account at: http://webadvisor.vvc.edu and look under the “My Documents” link to see if the Financial Aid Office requires any additional forms.

  4. If additional forms are required, select the Financial Aid Forms link (on the left side of this website) and complete the required forms by signing electronically and submitting, or drop them off at the Financial Aid Office red drop box located in the atrium in front of the office.

  5. Wait 45 business days for your file to be processed, then view your award letter on Webadvisor.

All FAFSA Guided Assistance Labs are located in Building 52 in the Student Services Lab, Labs are offered and conducted by the VVC Financial Aid Office.

If you are filing a 2011-2012 FAFSA, you will need your 2010 tax information.

The following documents are needed in order to complete the FAFSA application on line:

  • Your social security card and driver's license/state identification card

  • Your alien registration card (If you are not a U.S. Citizen)

  • Your 2010 Federal income tax return and W2 forms.

  • Records of other Untaxed Income received in or 2010.

  • If you are a dependent student: your parent's social security number, date of birth, and date of marital status and your parent's  2010 federal income tax return and W2 forms, and proof of untaxed income (if applicable)

Note: If you do not come prepared with the required documents in order to complete your application, you will not be able to attend the lab session, and will need to return at another date.

Please make child care arrangements in advance, as children can not be allowed in the classroom.

This is an open lab with financial aid staff to help you!
