Benefits-eligible employees - Don't forget you can access your benefits in the EBenefits system all year long, not just during Open Enrollment.  Just click on the EBenefits link to the left.

You can change life beneficiaries, add/delete dependents due to qualifying events, enroll in/make changes to Foundation, Pre-Paid Legal, and Amenities.  You can also find plan information and links to valuable resource 

W-2s and pay stubs are also available - just click on the BEST NET link to the left.

Victor Valley Community College District’s Payroll & Benefits department will be the best at providing the highest quality, support, products, and services to our internal and external customers.

To provide excellent administrative and support service to the College and its infrastructure by means of:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate employee payrolls
  • Providing high quality, comprehensive employee benefits and related services
  • Providing excellent and responsive customer service to the entire college community
  • Ensuring that payroll, benefits, leave, and worker's compensation programs operate within the statutes and regulations established by federal, state, and local governments
