CCFS-320 APPORTIONMENT REPORTS

Victor Valley College is required to report both projections and actual FTES generated for the current year, each report contains the following.

P1 – the total FTES number includes completed enrollments for fall and a projection for the remainder of the year. (Due in January)

P2 – the total FTES number includes completed enrollments for the fall, winter and spring and a projection for the remainder of the year. (Due in April)

Annual – the total FTES number includes the entire year’s enrollment and is the official number of FTES reported for the year in the absence of a Recalc. (Due in July)

Recalc – is an optional reporting period available for any adjustments that need to be made to the reported Annual FTES. If a Recalc is submitted it contains the official number of FTES for the year. (Due in November)
