·     4.5 FTE political science faculty to meet all courses and delivery modes indicated as required by program growth.

·     1.0 FTE director to administrate the paralegal certificate program as needed for growth.

·     1.25 FTE support staff to meet all program needs indicated.

Long Term (2001-2005+):

·     Additional 5.0 FTE political science faculty needed to meet all courses and delivery modes indicated as required by program growth.

·     Additional .5 FTE  administrative staff for the paralegal certificate program as needed for growth.

·     Additional 1.5 FTE support staff to meet all program needs indicated.
