·     Dedication of two permanent on-campus classrooms.

·     One on-campus site location for Real Estate and Investments Lab.

·     Department office space of approximately 200 square feet.

Long Term (2001-2005+):

Facilities requested/required

·     Access to a classroom, three evenings and one day per week, with a minimum of 25 computer stations.
