Adequate office space to accommodate EOPS/CARE staff
and create an EOPS/CARE quad area to accommodate students and staff, so needs
of all EOPS/CARE students and operations can be successful. IMMEDIATE |

| · | Develop and implement additional procedures for tutorials and tutor training. | |
| · | Provide more counseling time to EOPS/CARE students. | |
| · | Provide staff and equipment in EOPS/CARE to implement services. | |
