Starting Fall Semester 2004, Victor Valley College instituted a new schedule. Under the new system, fall and spring semesters both start later and are both shortened by two weeks. In between these two semesters, a new winter session has been added, which begins Jan. 3 and ends Feb. 10. The summer sessions remain as they were.
The addition of the intersession comes as VVC is expecting a growth of 6 percent. VVC Public Relations Officer Bill Greulich said, "We want to do whatever we can to enhance student access by offering this intersession."
The session will offer 250- plus class sections,
