Outlook Email

Victor Valley College provides the Microsoft Exchange email system to faculty and staff to support academic and district communication requirements. The standard format for VVC email address is firstname.lastname@vvc.edu.

Requirements needed to request an email account would be to have a signed contract in Human Resources, a completed Employee Access Request Form with an approval signature provided by your Dean/Director and submit the completed form to ITS.

Information & Resources

Click a section below to expand it and view more information.

Administrative Procedures

The two Administrative Procedures below must be agreed upon and will apply to all district students, faculty and staff and to others granted use of District computers and communication systems.

Access Request Forms

Please notice the difference in the two request forms below and the positions that apply.

The employee access request form lists a few different systems that an employee may need access to in order to fulfill their duties as assigned. If specific access is needed and is not listed on this form, please select “Other” and type your comments in the provide area.

Note: This form is for administration, classified, faculty, adjunct, and adjunct professional experts only.

Accounts are given on a temporary basis to assist staff, faculty and administrators in support of programs and services for the college. Accounts cannot be created for non-district employees to do CSEA work; therefore, the accounts will be limited in time and scope. There will be no email account created with temporary user credentials, unless exception is granted. If temporary access is used outside of the VVC policy standards or is being abused; account will be deleted.

Note: This form is for substitute, short-term, student worker, and professional expert (outside vendor).
