Block 1   Registration for EOPS/DSPS Students

Block 2   Priority registration for ASB Council Members, PACE Students, Work Study Students, Student Athletes, PTK Members, Military Veterans (if not receiving veteran benefits, must provide copy of DD214)

Block 3A   Priority registration for Continuing Students with 45 - 90 units completed at VVC

Block 3D   Priority registration for Continuing Students with 0 - 14.5 units completed at VVC

Memorial Day Holiday (no classes, offices closed, no registration services)

June 3 - June 19

Block 4   Registration for New/Returning Students who have completed assessment and advisement/orientation by May 28 and students with more than 90 units completed at VVC

Block 5   Registration for all other students (New/Transfer)

Last day parking permits will be mailed.  After this date, parking permits must be picked up at the Bursar’s Office.

Block 6   Registration for concurrently enrolled K-12 students

Summer classes begin (once classes begin, enrollment is by instructor permission only)

Last day to drop a 6 or 8-week class and be eligible to apply for a refund

June 29

Last day to drop a 6-week class without receiving a “W” grade

June 30

Late add petition required to enroll in a Summer session class

July 1

Last day to drop an 8-week class without receiving a “W”

July 3  

Independence Day Holiday observed (no classes, offices closed, no registration services available)

July 6

Last day to submit a CR/NC grade option for both 6 and 8-week classes

July 7

Last day to process book refunds and exchanges

July 16

Last day to drop a 6-week class and receive a “W” grade

July 28  

Last day to drop an 8-week class and receive a “W” grade

1st Summer Open Book buyback (9:00am – 5:00pm) Student Activities Center

Grades will be available to students on WebAdvisor

 

* Students will have five (5) working days from the date of enrollment to pay fees in full or enroll in a payment plan through FACTS e-Cashier.  No parking permit will be issued unless one of the above requirements is met.  Additionally, students that have debts from previous terms will be blocked from enrolling until the debt is paid.
