The Performing Arts Center was originally built in 1981 which included the Main Stage, Green Room, and Main Lobby. It was further expanded in 2008 with the addition of 10 classrooms, 11 offices, and the Black Box Theatre. The Performing Arts Center is home to three departments: The Performing Arts Center Department, Theatre Arts Department, and Communications Department.

The mission of Victor Valley College Performing Arts Center is to provide high-quality artistic programming that is inclusive, interdisciplinary, and collaborative. We support student success by cultivating creativity through the celebration of diversity and the provision of educational resources for the students. We foster cultural exploration by engaging and enriching the quality of life within the diverse communities here at Victor Valley College, and the high desert.
