Mission Statement : The Restaurant Management Program is dedicated to achieving success in training students. Education and hands-on experience produce knowledge needed to build successful careers in the Foodservice Industry. A positive training environment creates 'attitude' development and decision-making / problem solving techniques making our students uniquely qualified in their pursuit of a career in Foodservice.
