The process begins with all applicants filling out the online Student Intake Form which is the application for the program. After submitting the intake form you will need to attend one of the informational sessions (check the informational sessions flier for dates). Attending the informational session will provide you with what you need to know to get enrolled in Puente classes.

The Puente Program is seeking committed individuals to provide mentorship and support to Puente students.
Qualified applicants will have a goal of transfer and be willing to participate as a peer mentor for two semesters Students interested in working in the fields of education or the social and behavioral sciences (e.g., counseling/psychology) are especially encouraged to apply.

Peer Mentor Training:
We are currently looking for committed individuals to act as “big brothers/sisters” to first-year Puente students and assist them in developing the skills necessary to be successful and confident in pursuing their transfer goals and to get involved on campus and in the community.
