BASIC ARRYTHMIA - OVERVIEW
The Electrocardiogram, or ECG (EKG) is a graphical representation and record of the electrical activity of the heart. In healthcare, interpretation of this record assists Cardiac Monitor Techs, Nurses and Physicians in determining illness or injury and is integral in monitoring very ill patients while they are admitted into hospitals. Students and Professionals might use this class either as an introduction to ECG interpretation or a review of previous knowledge.
Upon successful completion, students will receive a certificate from Victor Valley College.
