Attention Students:  In October 2019 Assembly Bill 1504 was signed into law, requiring California Community Colleges to collect a student representation fee of $2 per semester.  All students who initially register for classes on or after January 1, 2020 will have the $2 Student Representation Fee (STRP) assessed.  Students may opt out of the fee, please click the Fees & Refunds link below then go to the Required Fees tab for additional information on the fee and how to opt out.  The form is also located on a link at the bottom of this page.

What does the Bursar's Office do?

  • Post Scholarships to Students' Accounts

  • Collect Student Fees and process Student Refunds

    • Pay Fees  (Click here and go to "How to Pay Fees" Tab)
    • Apply for a Refund (go to  bottom of page for refund application information)
  • Process Payment Plan payments

  • Issue Parking Permits for program students (CARE, CalWorks, Dept of Rehab, etc...)
