Victor Valley College delivers financial aid refunds using BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution powered by BMTX, Inc. For more information, visit refund choices. Students eligible to receive a refund will receive a BRIGHT GREEN envelope to their home address on file with VVC. The envelope will contain a bank card from BankMobile and students can activate the card if BankMobile if their selected refund preference.
You will have two electronic options to deposit your money. To avoid any delays in accessing your money, you must select a refund preference. If you have not yet selected a refund preference with BankMobile, please visit: https://www.refundselection.com/refundselection/#/welcome/continue and click the option at the bottom of the page that states “NEED A CODE?”. You must use your VVC school email to access your code. Follow the steps to complete the process.
Refund Option #1:
The BankMobile Vibe Checking Account is one of your refund options, but you are not required to open this account to receive your refund.
Refund Option #2:
Students that have not selected a refund preference will have a check mailed out after 21 days to your official address on record with BankMobile. Due to privacy and banking regulations, your address must be updated directly with BankMobile and not VVC.
