The VVC Promise Program guarantees all first-time full-time students free enrollment at Victor Valley College.
Victor Valley College wants to make your first year experience a success and offers a wide range of programs and services to support your educational goals.
Students must meet specific guidelines to be eligible.
Who is Eligible for VVC Promise

California Resident or AB540 residency as determined by the Admissions and Records Office.

Filed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or California DreamAct Application.

Enrolled as a Full-Time Student equal to 12 or more units per term and complete all units attempted.

First time in college (Transfer students will not be eligible). Recent high school graduates and adult learners are eligible.

Must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0.

Enrollment fee ($46 per unit) waived.

Promise Program will pay for the first and second year as long as the student meets the criteria.
