Program applications can be picked up at high school sites: Hesperia, Silverado and Victor Valley or TRIO Upward Bound Office at Victor Valley College.

Participant Eligibility:

  1. At least 13 years old and enrolled in high school.
  2. Citizen or National or Permenent Resident of the U.S. 
  3. Need for academic support to pursue postsecondary education. 
  4. Low-income family (according to federal guidelines) AND/OR
  5. Potential first-generation college student (neither parent has a bachelor's degree).
