Follow These Steps to Avoid the Lines

1. Search for QLess on your mobile device's app store.

2. Download and install the app.

3. When you first open the app, tap ALLOW to give Qless® the permission to use your device's location.

   

    

4. Tap Victor Valley College in the list of locations.

   

    

5. Under the office for which you are wanting to get in line, tap Join the Line to be Seen Today.

   

    

6. Tap Agree to allow Qless® to send you text messages regarding your place in line.

   

    

7. Enter your First and Last Name and your cell phone number and tap JOIN

   

    

8. You will be placed in the queue, and your place in line (and expected wait time) will display at the top of the screen.

9. If you need to leave the campus, we ask that you tap the LEAVE option to remove yourself from the queue. You can also tap MORE TIME to move yourself down the queue if you are delayed for any reason.

   

    

10. Tap Leave Queue to be removed from the line.

    

     

11. You will receive a visual notification that you have been removed from the selected queue.
