Report It
Report Academic Dishonesty
Academic dishonesty is any type of cheating, plagiarism, furnishing false information, forgery, alteration, misuse of any Victor Valley College document, or claiming to have submitted coursework that is not one’s own.
Report a Student Discipline Matter
A student discipline matter serves to document behavioral concerns involving a student, along with the informal measures being implemented to address and resolve the issue.
Report Disruptive Behavior
Disruptive behavior, whether inside or outside the classroom, is prohibited if it interferes with a faculty or staff member’s ability to conduct classes, perform administrative duties, or carry out any other official activities at Victor Valley College.
Report a Unlawful Harassment, Discrimination or Retaliation
Unlawful harassment and discrimination are behaviors based on someone’s affiliation with a protected class (race, religion, gender ,etc.) that is so pervasive, persistent, or severe that it would prevent a reasonable person from taking advantage of the educational or employment opportunities Victor Valley College has to offer.

Student Complaint/Grievance
Students can complete this report if they are looking to reach a mutually acceptable resolution to a complaint informally.
CARE Referral
The CARE Team provides a proactive and multidisciplinary approach to preventing, assessing, and intervening in situations that may impede the success of students, faculty, or staff.

FERPA: Student Privacy Rights
FERPA allows Victor Valley College faculty and staff to share information about student behavior and concerns with VVC personnel who have responsibility for the health, safety, and welfare of students and/or the campus community. Student privacy should be carefully considered before sharing information beyond what is necessary to fulfill these responsibilities.
Title IX
Title IX prohibits discrimination based on sex in education programs and activities that receive federal assistance. Title IX states “No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal assistance.”
