The Victor Valley College athletic department houses a state of the art training facility giving the best possible care for Victor Valley College Student Athletes. The training room is located in the Victor Valley College gymnasium.
The training room has two whirlpools and three ice machines producing flaked and cubed ice. The facility also has two hydrocollators (for heat packs) in addition to ultrasound and electric muscle stimulators, both of which are used for pain control, muscle reeducation, and to reduce scarring. There are also numerous rehabilitation devices in the training room including; a stationary bike, upper body ergometer (UB-Arm), free weights, weighted and therapy balls.
The VVC training staff does an outstanding job treating our athletes to get them back to competition as soon as possible. The College's sports medicine department has an excellent working relationship with area doctors and hospitals.
