The Triage, Engagement and Support Teams (TEST) is a field based, short term intensive case management program to help you get connected to needed behavioral health, substance abuse treatment and additional community resources to increase access to services.
Empowering You on the Road to Recovery
TEST staff is comprised of Social Workers and Substance Abuse Counselors located at key points of access in the community, such as CSUSB, Victor Valley College, Sheriff Stations, Hospital ED’s, and local police departments.
Staff members provide needs assessments and case management plans and can keep cases open up to two months to ensure appropriate linkage to community services.
