Welcome to Victor Valley College's Workforce Development Department. Our mission is to develop our community and future workforce by serving the diverse and changing needs of our community. We accomplish this by offering various departmental services such as apprenticeships, contract and community education, justice-involved education, employer engagement, and job development in collaboration with our college and industry partners. We also create customized trainings and educational offerings that meet the needs of our community, local industry and community-based partners.
