Ms. Annette Morgan
Ms. Morgan has been teaching the Attachment-based Parenting program (adapted from Grossmont College's Attachment Parenting Program) since she began with FKCE in 2006. She has been providing the classes at different Headstart sites throughout the High Desert and on the VVC campus. She is passionate about her classes and about helping participants understand the importance of attachment and how attachment must proceed discipline for a positive outcome.
Annette has been a foster parent of four of her grandchildren who found their way into the 'system.' She completed adoption procedures for all the children and is currently raising her grandchildren as a kinship caregiver. She is an excellent addition to our FKCE family.
