HOW TO APPLY FOR E.O.P.S.
- Be admitted as a student at Victor Valley College.
- Take the Assessment Test. This will provide information that enables you and the E.O.P.S. Counselor to make better selections of classes based on reading, English, and math skills.
- Register in 12 or more units of classes in the Fall semester or in the Spring semester; (not required if you are a DSPS student), or register in 4 or more units in the Winter or Summer session.
- Fill out an E.O.P.S. application, in person, at the E.O.P.S. office. Be sure to bring in your proof of income, whether it's a Tax Return (1040), or an Untaxed Income Form or a copy of your Student Aid Report (SAR), (which is filled out and stamped by the agency), and your current (within the last 3 years) assessment scores.
- The E.O.P.S. office will notify you by mail of your eligibility status.

- Summer 2009 Session:
- Accepting applications between the dates of June 15 - 30, 2009
- Fall 2009 Semester:
- Accepting applications between the dates of July 27 - Nov. 6, 2009
- Spring 2010:
- Accepting applications between the dates of Jan. 4 - May 7, 2010.
