Educational Master Planning Information
VVC 2012 and Beyond
The Educational Master Plan (EMP) Task Force has begun its work to evaluate the college's previous plan and update it to reflect the many changes we have faced in recent years. The charge of the committee is to provide the main steering function or guiding force behind the development of our new EMP. Coordinating the effort is Physics Professor, Michael Butros, whose vision is to create an interactive plan that is clearly linked to and utilized in all other planning efforts--from technology, to facilities, to human resources, to our annual strategic planning through P.R.A.I.S.E. The development process will be collegial, grassroots, focused and, most importantly, transparent. An EMP Task Force workroom has been established in Building 10, Room 5 (northeast side of the building behind chainlink fence). Do not let the chainlink fence fool you--EVERYONE is welcome in the Task Force Room because EVERYONE is needed to accomplish the task: Casting a clear vision for VVC's future.
