Location:

Counseling and Administration (Building 55 - Over the lake)

Office Hours:

Fall/Spring: Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Summer: Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed on Fridays)

Counseling Appointments:

After you have completed your admissions application, online new student orientation, and assessment test you will be able to schedule a counseling appointment online. Due to high student enrollment and demand for counseling services, it may take a few attempts before you are able to obtain an appointment. The best days to schedule appointments are on Mondays. If you are having trouble scheduling an appointment, stop by the Counseling and Administration office in Building 55. Appointments with counselors are available from 8:30 a.m to 6:30 p.m. between Monday through Thursday and from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 on Fridays. Each day there are a limited number of counseling appointments offered on a first-come, first served walk-in basis. If you are a continuing student, you are not required to meet with a counselor before signing up for your classes. If you are a new or returning student you are highly encouraged to complete your New Student Orientation (online) where you will receive important information on the various resources and services that are provided at VVC prior to making a counseling appointment.
