The IT Service Desk staff provides specialized technical support for Colleague, Canvas, Self-Service/WebAdvisor, Office 365, Email System, Telephone System, and MyVVC; to include all content within.
Walk-in assistance is also provided and is a great place to collect information regarding other campus resources and standard VVC processes for students, faculty and staff. The Service Desk is located in Advance Technology Center (ATC) in building 21 at the far southeast corner of the building.
