The Restaurant Management Department will be serving lunch from approximately 11:00AM-1:30PM. Service will be inside building 44/SAC, at our new store front we will have the doors open and someone there to take your order.

MENU FOR WEEK OF 11/8-11/10
Breakfast Burrito $5.00: 12" Flour Tortilla filled with hash browns, eggs, cheese, and choice of bacon, pork or turkey sausage, chorizo, or veggies.

 

Totchos $5.00Tater tots with cheese, bacon, green onions, and totcho sauce.
Italian Cold Cut Hoagie $5.00: Thin sliced Sopressata, Dry Salami, Capicola, and Spanish Chorizo Salami stacked on a hoagie with homemade mustard, pepper relish, lettuce, and tomato. Served with kettle chips.

 

Chicken Quesadilla $5:00: Grilled white meat chicken filled in two 12” tortilla and a blend of cheddar jack blend cheese and green chili sauce.

 

Pancake Breakfast Plate $5.00: Choice of pancakes banana nut, blueberry, or lemon poppy. Served with your choice of scrambled or fried eggs and bacon, pork, or turkey sausage.

 

Chef’s Blackened Steak Salad $5.00: Salad Mix topped with steak, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, carrots, blue cheese crumbles, and croutons. Choice of dressing.   

 

Chicken Strips and Fries $10.00: 4 Homemade chicken tender strips breaded and deep fried crispy, served with a side of French fries and choice of dipping sauce. 

 

Salmon Burger $10.00: Homemade Salmon burgers topped on a toasted bun with lemon Aioli, spring mix, tomato, red onion. Served with kettle chips.

 

Bison Juicy Lucy Burger $10.00: Ground buffalo stuffed with American cheese, grilled and placed on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, grilled onion, and pickles. Served with French Fries.

 

Salisbury Steak $10.00: Classic Salisbury Steak topped with homemade mushroom gravy, served with roasted potatoes, vegetables, and garlic toast.
