Work Experience Education
Requirements to Enroll
Work Experience Education is a program designed to connect what the student is learning in the classroom to on-the-job training and experience. Students are required to meet the following criteria:
Student must have a paid or volunteer job or internship.
Student must work the minimum required hours per unit of Cooperative Education which is 75 hours per unit for paid position and 60 hours per unit for volunteer position.
Student must have new skills to learn at their job during the term.
Student must have a supervisor willing to assist, mentor, and monitor his/her progress throughout the term.
