- Chapman University-actively seeks cc honors transfers; guaranteed admission, priority consideration for housing, honor transfers w/ gpa 3.3 are guaranteed a merit scholarship 4-9K(at least 30% tuition)
- Pomona College-priority consideration for admission (3.5 gpa), guaranteed dorm housing
- UCI-priority admission consideration, guaranteed housing,
- UCR-guaranteed admission, priority scholarship consideration,
- CSUDH-guaranteed admission,

- Occidental College-preferred consideration for admissions (3.25), guaranteed campus housing

- UCLA-college of letters & science; 2-year waiting period for new programs;guaranteed priority consideration

- USC-(rethinking guaranteed admission); Admin guaranteed to: letters, arts & sciences, engineering, business admin., education, special scholarships
- CSU San Diego-priority acceptance into honors program, transfer up to 18 honors units towards 24 unit requirement, priority early registration

HTCC sponsors scholarships (24 $150 scholarships last year), Student Research Conference (over 100 students last year at first conference)
