Biography
This is an exciting time to be a part of the automotive industry. I have experienced many changes in technology in my 19 years of service. Industry professionals, now more than ever, need to keep up on training to be able to service modern cars. My work history includes parts department, service advisor, machine shop, independent and dealer repair. My training has been hands-on with mentors in the field as well as formal dealer training, Snap-On and Victor Valley College. I am grateful to those instructors that have helped me achieve four ASE Masters certificates, Associate in Science Degree and an Enhanced Smog License.
