Charlotte Allen serves as the Employer Engagement Manager for the High Desert Sub-Region, supporting Victor Valley College, Barstow College, and Copper Mountain College. With a deep understanding of regional workforce needs, Charlotte works closely with businesses, industry leaders, and community partners to develop meaningful collaborations that bridge the gap between education and employment.
